Unless you've been living under a rock, you know exactly what Dalgona Coffee is. Otherwise known as Tiktok Coffee, the popular drink is basically milk poured over ice and topped with sweetened whipped coffee. Depending on the level of arm strength and patience you have (and whether or not you own a hand mixer), whipping this bad boy can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 3 hours, so I think it's safe to say that the process is polarizing. But believe me when I say everyone and their mom has taken a shot and making one of these, myself included.
Not sure what the coffee snob opinion on Dalgona Coffee is—is it the Coming of Coffee Jesus? Is it all hype? Is it actually good?—but my personal opinion is that people need to come up with more interesting shit if I'm gonna be stuck at home for a month. I can't and won't be making Dalgona Coffees forever, and to everyone else who refuses to suffer any longer under this Tiktok tyranny, I've compiled a list to make your coffee drinking a little more interesting.

I've always been a huge fan of Vietnamese coffee, and if it weren't for this damn Dalgona trend, I probably wouldn't have found this recipe (so I guess... thanks, Tiktok!). All you need is some ground coffee, sweetened condensed milk, and ice, and you're good to go!

Foamy coffee lovers, rejoice! The Greek Frappe is an easy yet delicious fix that you can make at home. With just ground coffee, sugar, ice cubes, water, and milk, you can create this at your own time and pace whenever you need it.

While this takes a little more patience and effort to make, the end result is damn good. If you're tired of the old coffee and milk combo, Mexican coffee allows for some cinnamon to kick up the flavor profile!

While this requires more time than the other recipes on this list, I felt like I had to include this because I personally love coffee ice cubes. It's chic, Instagrammable, iced (I prefer iced coffee to hot—yes, I know, I'm a blasphemer), and customizable! The recipe we linked provides 3 ways to do coffee ice cubes. Perfect for hot summer's day!
Remember: Since you're at home, try to ditch the plastic straw and opt for a reusable one!
